A. B. C. D. E.

Correct Answers: B and D

Power Apps provides two access level permissions you can assign to the users during canvas app sharing: Co-owner - individuals or groups with this permission can run, edit, and share the app.

But they cannot delete it or change the app's owner.

User - individuals or groups with this permission can run the app.

But they cannot change it.

By default, all users have User permissions.

You can promote them to Co-owner status during the app's sharing.

If you assign the permissions to the security group, everybody will have the assigned permission level.

Additional to the group assignment, you can promote individuals in the group to another level.

If you share your app with a large group, the best way is to use Azure AD groups.

When you create a new canvas app in Microsoft Power Platform, you can assign different permissions to individuals and groups depending on the level of access you want them to have. The following are the available permission levels:

A. Admin - this permission level gives full access to the app, including the ability to edit and share the app with others.

B. Co-owner - this permission level allows individuals or groups to access and edit the app, but they cannot share it with others.

C. Publisher - this permission level allows individuals or groups to access and publish the app, but they cannot edit or share it with others.

D. User - this permission level allows individuals or groups to access and use the app, but they cannot edit, share, or publish it.

E. App user - this permission level allows individuals or groups to access and use the app, but they cannot edit, share, publish, or access any other resources in the Power Platform environment.

When sharing your app, you can assign these permission levels to specific individuals or groups. For example, you might assign the Admin permission level to yourself and your team members who need to edit and share the app, while assigning the User or App user permission level to other users who only need to access and use the app. You can also assign different permission levels to different groups of users, depending on their roles and responsibilities.
